Fees are paid on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis for your convenience. We will provide you with a clear invoice and banking details once we have confirmed a schedule that works for you.

We have a standard policy in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all our students. Full details regarding cancellations, missed dates, and rescheduling procedures are outlined in our Welcome Pack, which is provided upon registration.

We know that help is often needed urgently. Once you have contacted us with your grade and subject requirements, we aim to confirm a slot and begin assistance as soon as possible - often within 24 hours.
